Installation Instructions

Light Steel Structure Chicken House - Construction Workflow

1. Foundation Construction

To be completed by the Client

• All civil foundation works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the foundation drawings provided by Hi-Hope.
• The anchor bolts must be positioned and embedded accurately according to the drawings.
• Anchor bolts shall not be pre-embedded until the Hi-Hope-supplied anchor bolts have been delivered to the site and are available for installation.
• The foundation must be inspected and confirmed ready before the steel structure installation begins.

2. Main Steel Structure Installation

• Delivery of prefabricated steel components to the project site
• Erection of steel columns
• Installation of beams and purlins
• Installation of structural bracing
• Structural alignment, leveling and calibration
• Final inspection of the main steel structure

3. Enclosure System Installation

• Installation of roof insulation and roofing sheets
• Installation of wall insulation and exterior cladding
• Installation of waterproofing and sealing systems
• Sealing of joints, connections and openings to ensure proper airtightness

Installation Sequence Note:
Once the internal ceiling panels are installed and properly positioned, the support hooks for the water and feed lines inside the poultry house can be installed.
